Kim
Office Coordinator
Kim began her career with Dr. Kundinger in 1994 as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. After 12 years of chairside assisting, she transitioned into her current role as Patient Coordinator. With over three decades of experience in orthodontics, Kim is passionate about welcoming patients and ensuring their visits run smoothly from start to finish.
A Naples native and graduate of the University of South Florida, she is proud to support the community where she was born and raised. Outside the office, Kim enjoys attending sporting events, staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with her family.
Terri
Treatment Coordinator
Originally from Michigan, Terri moved to Naples in 1991 and joined Dr. Kundinger’s practice in 1994. With decades of experience in orthodontics, she is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and holds both Expanded Duties and Radiology Certification. Terri is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach to patient care. She takes pride in making sure each patient feels comfortable and supported, ensuring they receive the best possible experience throughout every stage of treatment.
Over the years, Terri has developed lasting relationships with patients and families, many of whom she has seen grow and return with children of their own. She finds great fulfillment in being part of these transformations and in contributing to the confidence that comes with a beautiful, healthy smile.
Outside of the office, Terri enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She loves being active, staying involved in family activities, and making the most of life in Southwest Florida.
Monique
Assistant
Monique grew up in Naples, Florida, and has been part of the practice since 2015. She is a valued member of the Coastal Smiles Family Orthodontics team and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment. Known for her friendly personality and attention to detail, Monique enjoys being part of a practice that has such strong roots in the community she calls home.
Outside of the office, Monique stays busy with her daughter and enjoys spending quality time with family. She also loves crafting, baking sweet treats, and making time for date nights with her husband. Her creativity and warmth carry into all areas of her life, making her a wonderful presence both at work and at home.
Alma
Assistant
Alma came to the United States at the age of 15 and has been a valued member of the Coastal Smiles Family Orthodontics team since 2020. She brings warmth, dedication, and a caring spirit to her work, ensuring patients feel supported and welcomed at every visit. Alma enjoys being part of a practice where she can contribute to creating confident, healthy smiles for the Naples community.
Outside of the office, Alma is newly married and loves spending time with her family and their newest addition, Ollie the Corgi. She also enjoys painting, expressing her creativity, and gathering with loved ones. Her positive energy and compassionate nature make her an important part of both the team and the patient experience.
