Early Evaluation & Phase I Treatment
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends an initial orthodontic evaluation at the age of 7. At this stage, subtle issues with jaw growth or dental development can often be identified. Using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized x-rays only orthodontists are trained to interpret, we determine whether early intervention - or simply ongoing observation - is most appropriate. We recommend Phase I treatment only when necessary, setting the foundation for long-term success. In many cases, no immediate treatment is necessary, and we simply continue to monitor growth and development as your child matures.
Growth & Development Tracking
For patients who are still growing, we carefully monitor the development of the teeth, jaws, and skeletal structures. Leveraging digital imaging and growth analysis, we are able to pinpoint the optimal timing for treatment, ensuring the most effective and efficient results.
